Praveen founded Mobity LLC in 2002 to help clients launch, grow and
optimize their businesses.

Praveen is a tech-savvy business consultant, strategist and entrepreneur
with a 17+ year track record of success. He has nurtured three enterprise
LoB's & six startups from concept, through successful launch, to revenues,
profits and high growth. Twice, he has built and led 25+ consultant professional services
practices. He has raised private equity venture capital and led IPO / M&A’s.

(offshoring, outsourcing), web 2.0 /3.0, operations improvement, supply chain and demand
driven planning. He is also a domain expert in High-Tech, Software, Services, Internet Media, Telecom, Manufacturing

(KPMG), Iacocca Institute (Lehigh) and Royal Philips Electronics. He holds a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems
Engineering from Lehigh University (USA) and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune (India).

Outside of work, Praveen always finds time to avidly read, meet friends and family, travel worldwide, take
photographs, watch movies and follow cricket. In addition to Management, Innovation and Technology best practices, other
topics of his interest include Quantum Physics, Cognitive Sciences, Positive Psychology and Secular Spirituality.
